STEP 01

Initial Inquiry

Once you fill out our contact form, we will reach out within 24–48 hours to confirm availability, learn more about your vision, answer any initial questions and schedule a call to learn more about your vision for your day.

STEP 02

Call or meet up

We schedule a brief consultation via phone or video to discuss your needs, photography style preferences, timeline, and any special requests. This helps ensure we are a perfect fit for your day.

After our consultation, you will receive a personalized proposal outlining package options, pricing, and add-ons tailored specifically to your event.

STEP 03

Contract & Retainer

To officially secure your date, a signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required. Once both are completed, your date is locked in on our calendar.

STEP 04

Planning & Timeline Assistance

Leading up to your session or wedding, we work with you or your planner to refine your photography timeline, create a detailed shot list, and answer any questions along the way.

STEP 05

Session /Wedding Day

On the day of your session or event, we arrive prepared, on time, and fully focused on capturing every important moment with care and artistry.

STEP 06

Editing & Post-Production

After your session, every image is carefully culled and professionally edited to reflect your unique style and our signature aesthetic. This process typically takes between 8 to 10 weeks for a wedding gallery. once we are done, you will receive a beautiful, high-resolution online gallery where you can download, share, and order professional-quality prints.

STEP 07

Optional Albums

& Prints

For clients who desire heirloom keepsakes, we offer custom-designed albums, wall art, and print collections. We guide you through design selections to create timeless pieces for your home or you can also print right from your gallery in the store option.

STEP 08

Ongoing Support

Even after your gallery is delivered, we are here to support you whether you need help with print orders, album upgrades, or booking future sessions.
